In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Ayuntamiento de Ubrique, in its capacity as responsible for the management and conservation of the Archaeological Site of Ocuri, informs about the legal obligations assumed with regard to the protection and processing of personal data.

 

Use and processing of personal data

Access to the Ocuri Archaeological Site website is anonymous. Only to fill in the forms users must provide the personal data necessary to provide the requested service.

Personal data will be incorporated into the corresponding processing activities of the Ayuntamiento de Ubrique and will be processed for the specific purpose of each processing in accordance with the established legislation.

Legitimation for the processing of data may be based on the consent of the data subjects, the fulfilment of a legal obligation or the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

The data stored may only be transferred with the prior consent of the data subject or in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned regulation. Such data shall be retained for a period of time depending on what is specified for each processing of personal data.

 

Security measures

The Ayuntamiento de Ubrique has implemented various technical and organisational security measures to guarantee the protection of personal data and thus avoid its alteration, loss and unauthorised access, taking into account the risks derived from human action or the physical or natural environment to which the stored data and the technologies used are exposed, and that the security measures are not invulnerable.

 

Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection

Users who provide their personal data to the Yacimiento Arqueológico de Ocuri may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with respect to the data included in the corresponding processing activities under the terms provided for by current legislation.

The aforementioned rights may be exercised in person or electronically by filling in the form available at Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Ubrique.

Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
